Anderson Cooper Buys Home in Quiogue

Cooper is said to have closed on a home on Aspatuck Creek in Quiogue.

Anderson Cooper has bought a $1.7 million, 2.4-acre piece of property on Aspatuck Creek in Quiogue, according to an article by Newsday. The original listing price was $3.5 million.

The home, Newsday reports, is located next door to another home he bought in 2003 for $1.5 million.

His new property features a 66-year-old four-bedroom house and a separate pool house.

The house was listed by Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate and was previously owned by Budd Schulberg, an Oscar-winning screenwriter, who died in 2009 at the age of 95.
