MSG Varsity’s high school football championship coverage will feature Westhampton Beach High School's Sunday match-up against number one seed Sayville on Monday night at 10:30 pm.

Meredith is a sweet black female kitten that was rescued and needs a home. Meredith was rescued at only 8 weeks old from behind a CVS. She has tested negative for FELV/FIV and will be spayed and vaccinated prior to adoption.

3. Boatload of Food

Help Hampton Watercraft & Marine fill a Boston Whaler with non-perishable food items to give to the Salvation Army for the holidays. Drop off non-perishable food to: 401 Montauk Highway, Westhampton Beach. Please drop off donations no later than December 11.

4. Southampton Town Clerk’s Office Awarded Grant Funding to Host Disaster Planning and Recovery Workshop

Southampton Town Clerk Sundy A. Schermeyer and Town Historian Zachary Studenroth recently hosted a “Disaster Planning and Recovery” workshop for town/village clerks, curators, archivists, and other professionals responsible for the care and preservation of historical documents, books, photographs and other records.

5. East End Hospice Tree of Lights Memorial Services December 2

Each year, East End Hospice holds its Tree of Lights Celebration, an occasion that honors the memory of deceased friends and family members with special tributes, spoken remembrances and music.

The three celebrations will be held as followed:

1. Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 2: 30 p.m.. at The Village Green in Westhampton Beach.

2. Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at The Gazebo, Herrick Park in East Hampton.

3. Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at The Village Green in Main Rd, Cutchogue.
