103th Rescue Squadrion Gets Medical Training at LIJ [VIDEO]

Pararescue jumpers from the 103rd Rescue Squadron recently received training on combat medical care at North Shore LIJ.

recently provided pararescue jumpers that are based in Westhampton an opportunity to recieve hands-on training from doctors in combat medical care.

The jumpers, who are part of the Air National Guard , mostly, according rescue wing officials, train though simulation, however, the recent LIJ program gave them the opportunity to perform medical procedures on cadavers.
