Southampton Hospital appointed a new director of human resources.
Vivian F. Lee, a Sag Harbor resident, has joined the administrative staff at the Southampton Village-based hospital.
Robert S. Chaloner, Southampton Hospital President and CEO, said, “Ms. Lee brings extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of human resources to Southampton Hospital. We are very pleased that she is joining our organization.”
The position was previously held by Paul Davin.
Lee served as the Human Resources Director at The Street, Inc., a digital financial media company, where she managed recruitment, oversaw payroll administration and implemented a web-based performance management program. She also served as the Human Resources Manager for corporate operations and organizational development at Talent Partners.
According to the hospital, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology at Boston University and a Master’s degree in organizational psychology at Columbia University.
