Lynn Stoller Collection Moving to Main Street

The Lynn Stoller Collection will open at 96 Main Street on April 1.

Designer handbags, shoes and more will soon be front and center on Westhampton Beach's Main Street — the , a high-end consignment shop, is moving to main from Moniebogue Lane to 96 Main Street, the former Sway shop, on April 1.

Owner Lynn Stoller said she is excited that the larger space will allow her to show off  all of the designer goods she has to offer, from practically new Chanel suits and jackets, to Birken bags that are still in the box, Manolo boots, vintage jewelry and even estate furniture and art work.

"The new store, is four times the size of what we have now, with large windows and a back door and parking lot," said Stoller.

In her fourth season in Westhampton Beach, Stoller says the shop's collection is ever growing.

"Westhampton Beach and our customers have been so generous and so supportive that we have run out of room," said Stoller.  "We are getting such wonderful designer consignment items, we really want to show them off."

Stoller says her shop, which offers consignment with a 50/50 split, continues to do well despite the economy because the store offers women the opportunity to update their wardrobe with designer items for much less money than they cost new with price points ranging from $100 to $10,000.

The economy, she said, has also brought it more stock with many people sizing down.

"People are realizing they don't need forty handbags in their closet, maybe just ten great ones," she said.

The consistent new stock is always a way to draw customers in again and again she said.

"Some people come from up-island just to see what we have that's new," she said.

But, she said customers don't have to travel to Westhampton Beach to see what she has in stock. In December, Stoller opened an online store

"The trend is to buy online," she said. "The site gives us a customer base that we would have never had before."

Recently, she said she made a sale to a customer from Australia.
