Oyster Mania

Last year Slow Food members and friends celebrated Valentine's Day at Art of Eating's "Ode to the Oyster", where Cheryl Stair, along with Chef Sean Bennett, raised the bar on what it means to eat local.

This year oysters are once again on the menu - in fact, it's Oyster Mania for Valentine's Day!

The East End's winter season and Valentine's Day are bringing together an afternoon of tastes from our local bays and wineries titled "Oyster Mania". The best of winter's local bounty of oysters, poultry, local fish, produce and wines will be featured at this casual fun gathering.
