Fundraiser to Benefit the Children of Tom Corrigan

A fundraiser will be held for , who died of leukemia on July 4 after receiving a bone marrow transplant. Corrigan, a former police officer retired in 2001 and moved to East Quogue with his wife and their four children. He opened in 2005. To help his children -- ages 19 to 13 -- the fundraiser will be held at Tide Runners. There will be a Chinese and silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, a cash bar and a complimentary buffet. Donations will be accepted at the door. They can also be mailed to: The Torch Foundation, One Cross Island Parkway, Suite 109, Rosedale, NY 11422. Be sure to note Corrigan Children in the memo section of the check.
