What type of restaurant would you like to see open in the space?
Another local favorite, Luigi's at Mahogany's, located at 295 Montauk Highway in Speonk, has been closed for several months.
The restaurant, located in a shopping plaza, has been through a number of turns, including a time when it was called Jack & Diane's.
