Casey's Sold: Plans for Popular Nightspot Uncertain

The property was sold for an undisclosed amount of money earlier this month.

The popular Westhampton Beach nightspot, Casey's has been sold.

A deal for the Montauk Highway location was signed on Jan. 2 with developer Paul Pawlowski purchasing the property for an undisclosed amount of money.

Pawlowski said he is unsure what he is going to do with the building and will focus on the spot's future after he finishes a 12,000 sq. ft. construction project just a few doors down for True Value Hardware.

"We are going to look to do something within town code, but we don't have a direction on potential clients yet," he said.

Pawlowski, however, said his goal is to have something open in the location within a year.
