Muse Chef Buys Sag Harbor Restaurant Building

While several restaurants have been in and out of the building that currently houses Muse in the Harbor, one chef-owner is proving he's there to stay. Matt Guiffrida and his investment partners Gene Cattarina, Mario Gati, Harvey Krasner, and Carmine Rubino purchased 16 Main St., on the corner of Long Island Avenue, in Sag Harbor Village.

Southampton will soon have its own skating rink just in time to break up the doldrums of winter. Will Hansen, whose family has owned Southampton Golf Range since 1957 and has always had a love for ice skating, said a rink will open on the 13-acre property around Thanksgiving. The outdoor rink will offer lessons, hockey, and open skating from November to March.
