A Miami New Times blogger called the Boardy Barn of Hampton Bays the "Happiest Place on Earth" in a blog published on Monday.
In her blog, Hannah Sentenac, not only explains to her readers why they should fly from Miami to Hampton Bays just to hit up the Boardy Barn, but lays out the rules when patronizing the 43-year-old establishment, which brings in hundreds of beer-drinkers on summer Sunday afternoons.
Those who have been to the Boardy Barn know the "rules" and Patch has featured some of them in the past, thanks to our readers, but in her blog, Sentenac expands on the list, reminding anyone that plans to head to the Boardy barn not to wear orange and to know the words to every "classic American song recorded after 1960."
