1. Tony's Fusion Express, Tony's Asian Fusion, Tony's Fusion West

Tony's Fusion Express, 1 W. Main St. in Hampton Bays; Tony's Asian Fusion, 337 Montauk Highway in East Quogue; and Tony's Fusion West, 23 Sunset Avenue in Westhampton Beach will all be open 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Christmas. The eateries feature Asian cuisine and a menu complete with Chinese, Japanese, and Thai fare.

2. The Inn Spot on the Bay

Matsulin, located at 131 W Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays, features specialty dishes from Malaysia, China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam. The eatery will be open all day on Christmas.

4. Hampton Diner & Restaurant

The Hampton Diner & Restaurant, located at 157 W Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays is a landmark of the Hamptons. On Christmas it will be open from 7 a.m. to midnight.

5. Melrose Deli

Perhaps you would like some take out on Christmas Day. Melrose Deli, located at 113 W Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays, will be open at 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
