10 Places to Get Fit in the New Year

Tired of making New Year's resolutions that you don't keep?

Every year we resolve to eat healthier, exercise more and finally get in shape. Too often, we end up right back in our hustle and bustle routine and our resolutions fly out the window. You've got another chance. Visit one of these spots next week and you'll be sure to feel great knowing your good intentions haven't gone to waste.

1. If you are looking for a reasonably priced fitness club, try right in Hampton Bays. They are famous for their "Judgment Free Zone," so it may be the perfect spot to get your New Year's resolution off the ground.

2. For excellent facilities and family centered fitness, try Sportime in East Quogue. 5. Think out of the box. Trying a completely new sport may be the way to activate your New Year's resolution.
