Prime Storefront Available for Rent in Westhampton Beach [Empty in Westhampton-Hampton Bays]
The owner of 126 Main Street says the storefront is in move-in condition.
The No Worries, Life is Good shop, located at 128 Main Street in Westhampton Beach will not be opening this season. Instead, the owners have closed their doors and are selling off display shelving and racks.
The owner of the property Simon Jorna, who also owns the Beach Bakery, is looking to rent the 925 square-foot, empty store for $4,000 a month, taxes included.
Jorna says the property is prime and could be the best location on Main Street.

"There are large display windows and it is in move in condition," he said.
Jorna imagines the storefront would be great for a clothing shop or even a jewelry store, which Jorna believes would be great for Main Street.
