Puppet Theatre: "The Man Who Planted Trees"

Puppet State Theatre Company will present Jean Giono's "The Man Who Planted Trees" for children 7 to 12 on March 4 at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. A French shepherd and his dog decide to plant a forest and transform a wasteland. According to the theater, "This play is a unique blend of comedy and puppetry and tells the inspiring tale of a human being who saw a need and decided not to ignore it but 'to put things right.'" Apart of the School Day Performances at the theater, a question and answer period will follow. The public is invited.
