1. Take a Seal Walk

The Coastal Research & Education Society of Long Island will host a guided seal walk at Cupsogue Beach on Sunday at 7 a.m. The cost is a $5 donation. Other dates through May are also available. See a complete schedule here.

2. Southampton Town Democratic Club Breakfast Meeting

The Southampton Town Democratic Club will host a breakfast meeting on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Dark Horse Restaurant in Riverhead. Guest speakers include Les Scheinfeld, director of development for Habitat for Humanity and Richard Blowes, executive director of the Town of Southampton's Housing Authority. The cost is $20.

3. Nutrition 101 - Your Questions Answered at the Quogue Library

The Quogue Library is hosting a nutrition seminar on Saturday at 2 p.m. The program is free.

4. Westhampton Beach Lacrosse Club Pancake Breakfast

The Westhampton Beach Lacrosse Club is holding a pancake breakfast on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Applebees in Shirley. The cost is $10.

5. Fiction Book Discussion at the Quogue Library

Head over to the Quogue Library on Sunday for a book discussion at noon. The event is free.
