Southampton Pet of the Week: Scampi
The Southampton Animal Shelter has some loving pets for adoption.
This week, the Southampton Animal Shelter is looking to find a home for Scampi, who arrived at the shelter in 2012 missing part of his paw.
According to Linda Goldsmith, of the Southampton Animal Shelter, Scampi, who is two-years-old is very playful.
June is also cat adoption month at the shelter and the shelter is offering 9 lives for $9.00 — cats over 9 months old are $9.00 and cats over 9 years are free.
All animals are licensed, up to date on their vaccinations, micro-chipped and have been spayed or neutered. Adoption fees typically range from $40 to $60 for a cat and from $60 to $125 for a dog.
