This week, the is looking to find a home for Hermione, an 11-month-old tortoiseshell cat.
According to Donald Bambrick, the animal shelter supervisor, Hermione was found as a kitten and brought into the shelter in August 2011.
"She can be a little shy but all she needs is the right home to help her open up," Bambrick said.
All animals are licensed, up to date on their vaccinations, micro-chipped and have been spayed or neutered, according to Bambrick.
Adoption fees typically range from $40 to $60 for a cat and from $60 to $125 for a dog.
