Southampton Shelter Pet of the Week: Nina

Southampton Animal Shelter has some loving dogs available for adoption.

This week, the is looking to find a home for Nina, a 1-year-old Pitbull who arrived at the shelter in October.

According to Donald Bambrick, the animal shelter supervisor, Nina is a young, active and athletic dog.

"She’s looking for a home that will be able to give her the exercise she needs," Bambrick said. "She is picky with other dogs and doesn’t get along with cats. A household with older kids would be best due to her high-energy level."

All animals are licensed, up to date on their vaccinations, micro-chipped and have been spayed or neutered, according to Bambrick.
