Police Catch Robbers in Hampton Bays

arrested a 21-year-old woman and 23-year-old man on Sunday after police say they robbed a woman in front of the , 157 Montauk Highway West in Hampton Bays.
Police say the robbery occurred around 2 a.m. The victim said a white male forcibly stole money from her and then drove off in a red Ford Explorer toward Dune Road.
Police say they searched the area and through an investigation learned that New York State Police had pulled over a Ford Explorer on Foster Avenue in Hampton Bays.

Police arrested Jessica Bourgard and Corey Bourgard, both of Hampton Bays and charged them each with one count of robbery, a felony and a one count of grand larceny, a misdemeanor.
