Nov. 27: Yoga, Bingo and Books

There's always plenty to do around town.

Saturday's Five:

1.     There's always time for .  The Hampton Bays Senior Center holds Bingo everyday from 12:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Bingo dates back to the 1500's in Italy. It arrived in the United States in 1929 and the game is still as popular as ever. The Southampton Senior Service Center holds bingo every day except Wednesdays. 2.     Register for today at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center. The Center offers classes in acting, music, dance and integrated arts, as well as private voice lessons to youngsters ages 3 to 17.  For more information, call (631) 288-2350.

3.     Catch at 8:00 p.m. Winston's solo piano concert features a variety of styles, including melodic folk piano, stride piano, R&B and Vince Guaraldi's Peanuts pieces.  For more information, call (631) 288-1500.

4.     Buy books from the library.  The at 52 Ponquogue Avenue is open every Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. for the sale of paperbacks, hardcover books, audio, video, music cassettes and CDs.  New donations are received every week.  Check with library for a full schedule of events.  Call (631) 728-6241 for more information.

5.     Learn yoga from Peter Ames at The Hampton Bays Library from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.  The library has a huge calendar of events.  Everyday is jammed packed with things to do.  For more information, call (631) 728-6241.
