Nov. 14: Enjoy a Game of Bingo, a Show and an Opera

There's always plenty to do in Hampton Bays.

Play Bingo, Bridge or any other card game with your friends today at the library or the senior center.  You can also take in a show or just go shopping.  Whatever you decide to do today, enjoy yourself.

Sunday's Five:

1.     How about a game of . The game of Bingo dates back to the 1500s in Italy.  It arrived in the United States in 1929.  Join your friends at the senior center for a game that is still as popular as ever.  The Southampton Senior Services holds bingo every day except Wednesdays at the Hampton Bays Senior Center from 12:45 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.  For more information, call the center at (631) 728-1235.

2.     Why not take in a show at the Hampton Theater Company in Quogue? about a young actress who may or may not have chosen the correct "Mr. Right." 

The show runs until November 21 on Fridays at 8:00 p.m., Saturdays at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m.  For ticket information, call (631) 653-8955.

3.     Enjoy Opera in Cinema at the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton.  Tickets are $14 for members and $17 for non-members.  Call for show times.  (631) 283-2118.

4.     Join your friends at the Hampton Bays Library for a game of Bridge.  Bridge takes skill and you might find some real pros at the library.  Game time is at 1:00 p.m.  For more information on other library programs, call (631) 728-6241.
