Moms Talk Q&A: When Should You Move Your Toddler from a Bed to a Crib?

For many, moving a toddler to a big-girl or big-boy bed is a personal choice, but it is also a matter of safety.

Welcome to our second chat session for moms on Hampton Bays Patch.  This week, our question is one that many moms struggle with — When should a toddler be moved from a crib into a bed?

This question popped into my mind last week when my 2-year-old son figured out how to climb (with his big sister’s help) out of his crib.  I’m sure in the very near future, he will be doing it on his own.
