Mark You Calendar: Wetlands Discussion To Lead Civic Meeting
The meeting is set for August 19 at 7 p.m.
The state of area wetlands will take center stage at the Hampton Bays Civic Association's August meeting.
At the meeting, scheduled for Aug. 19 at 7:00 p.m at the senior center on Ponquogue Ave., three environmental experts will lead a discussion and hike.
Among those who will be featured are Marty Shea, chief environmental analyst for Southampton Town; and Harry Lundlow and Scott Horowitz of the town's Conservation Board.
The three men are expected to lay out all the issues associated with the area's wetlands, as well as solutions.
