Strap on those sneakers and head over to the Lodge at Squiretown Park in Hampton Bays from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. to have some fun and sweat off those extra pounds. The fee for the program is $45. 3. Varsity Track
Spring is here and that means spring high school sports. Take in a meet at Hampton Bays High School at 4:30 p.m. The girls will face off against Bayport-Blue Point.
