Mommy and Me Yoga
Missing yoga now that you have children. Well, now you can still get in some yoga time with the Mommy and Me Yoga class that kicks off at 11 a.m. Moms and their children, ages 1 to 3 months can participate in the class. For more information, call (631) 653-4224 ext. 4.
2. Belly Dance Aerobics
Start getting in shape for the summer and try out the Belly Dance Aerobics course being offered from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Lodge at Squiretown Park in Hampton Bays. Registration is required and the class is $30 for residents. For more information, call (631) 728-8585.
3. Restaurant Week
There is only a few days left to try out a new restaurant for where local restaurants are offing a three course, prix fixe menu.
