Lohan May Not Show Up at Westhampton Beach Seafield Facility

The troubled starlet is rumored to be entering a rehab program Thursday at Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach.

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, who was expected to check in at Westhampton Beach's 60-bed Seafield Rehabilitation Center for a 90-day stint on Thursday, may not be staying after all.

According to a report on TMZ.com, Lohan, 26, balked at going to Seafield because it would not allow her to smoke during her stay and on Wednesday, she boarded a plane back to LA.

Instead, Lohan, is looking to do her required rehab at a facility in Newport Beach. The change could put her in violation of a plea deal with means jail time; however, TMZ reported her attorney is expected to appear before a judge Thursday morning to request approval for Lohan to check in at Morningside Recovery.

Lohan's required rehab comes after she dodged jail time after pleading no contest to reckless driving and lying to cops stemming from a crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica on June 9, 2012 — she was heading to the set of her made-for-television movie "Liz & Dick," according to Santa Monica Patch.com.

Santa Monica Patch further reported that Lohan also admitted to violating her "probation in an earlier Venice theft case, but a 180-day jail sentence for that violation was put on hold by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney, who said if the actress meets all the terms of her latest sentence, her probation in that case will be reinstated and she won't serve any additional time behind bars."
