Hampton Bays Singer to Appear on Local Talent Showcase
See Ava Bianchi in action, starting Feb. 11.
A locally-produced talent show is set to showcase the talents of Hampton Bays student Ava Bianchi.
Bianchi, 12, will be featured along with Gabriele Pegg, 11, of Coram, on the show, called, "Talent Showcase with David Brandman."
The 2005-launched, half-hour variety show, which tapes at the LTV Studio in East Hampton aims to feature the talents of Long Islanders, who must audition to appear on the show. The show, which is taped before a life-audience, premiers on Cablevision's public access channels, as well as select FIOS areas.
Bianchi, was selected to audition after performing at different venues including, New York City street fairs, Hofstra University, Italian radio stations, The Hamptons Classic, college and local basketball and baseball games.
In addition, she has performed in over 15 plays for school and community theaters and also appeared in the Hamptons Got Talent Show.
