Former Legislature Candidate: ObamaCare Won't Cover My Baby
Have you signed up for Obamacare?
Former Suffolk County Legislature candidate Cornelius Kelly of Hampton Bays recently told the NY Post, that when signing up for Obamacare, he was unable to get insurance for his 18-month-old daughter.
According to the article on the NYPost, Kelly and his wife are self-employed — he owns a Westhampton title insurance company and his wife a pediatrician. They have always had to purchase their own insurance, but the policy got cancelled the article said.
Kelly and his wife then turned to Obamacare and were able to find policies to cover themselves and there other three children, 3,5,6, but not for their youngest.
