The Mark Sinclair Foundation shall host it's annual HALLOWEEN WALK-ABOUT, Saturday, October 29 from 10-1. Children in costume, accompanied by parents, can safely trick-or-treat at the merchants on Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays. Participating Merchants shall display a pumpkin sign in their window.
