On Monday at 7 p.m., try Westhampton Beach's Inner Healing Arts Reiki Healing Circle. It's free.

2. Cycle & Abs

Get in shape on Tuesday at 6 a.m. High Gear Fit in Westhampton Beach with a cycle and Abs class. The cost is $15.

3. Chamber of Commerce Luncheon Networking Meeting

On Wednesday, the Westhampton Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly networking meeting at Jonsey's at 11:45 a.m. The cost is $20.

4. Kinesio-Fascia Alignment at the Quogue Library

Practice whole body movements incorporating principles from yoga, gymnastics and dance to improve your flexibility, mobility, circulation, strength and athletic performance at the Quogue Library on Thursday at 6 p.m. The class is $5.

5. Beauty Lou & The Country Beast Camp Performance

Local children will perform at the Westhampton Beach for Performing Arts on Friday at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15.
