Bideawee Pet of the Week: Percy Loves to Cuddle

This week, Bideawee of Westhampton is looking to find a home for Percy, an incredibly loving 5-year-old Domestic Shorthair gray cat with a sleek coat and a shinning personality.

According to Deanna Murphy, the client care coordinator for Bideawee, Percy was rescued by Bideawee from a municipal shelter.

"He is very affectionate and loves to cuddle during the cold winter months," Murphy said. "He may appear reserved at first, as he enjoys lounging and relaxing in the cattery.  However, he loves meeting new people and you need not pet him more than once before he is all over you for attention. ."

The adoption fee for Percy is $150. All of Bideawee’s pets are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations. Bideawee’s pets receive socialization, exercise, behavioral training and other daily activities that let the staff get to know each animal's special personality to make the best match.
