Bideawee Pet of the Week: Betty's Adoption Fee Is Waived

Bideawee has some loving pets available for adoption.

This week  is looking to find a home for Betty, a sweet, eight-year-old Domestic shorthair calico cat, who adores meeting new people.

According to Deanna Murphy, the client care coordinator for Bideawee, Betty was rescued her from a high-kill municipal shelter.

"Betty is easy-going and loves to relax and lounge about in the cattery," said Murphy. "She is a big girl, weighing 18 pounds, with an equally big heart to match."

Betty is part of Bideawee's Free Feline Days through Aug. 31 when all adoptable cats and kittens are free.

All of Bideawee’s pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Bideawee’s pets receive socialization, exercise, behavioral training and other daily activities that let the staff get to know each animal's special personality to make the best match.
