April 20: Comment on Patch’s Family Forum Question or Bring the Kids to Decorate an Egg at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge

Wednesday’s Five:

1. Eggstravaganza

The Quogue Wildlife Refuge is holding an event at 3 Old Country Road in East Quogue. Children, ages 5 to 12 can decorate a nest and color hard-boiled eggs.  The event will take place between 1:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  The fee is $5.

2. Great Peconic Takeback II

The is collecting all unused prescription and over-the counter medications to safely dispose of them.  Locally, you can drop off your unwanted drugs at Liggett Drugs in Hampton Bays or at Barth’s Pharmacy in Westhampton Beach.

 3. Mommy and Me Yoga

The Quogue Library is offering a class at 11 a.m. at 90 Quogue Street in Quogue. The class is offered to Moms and their children, ages one to three.

4. Family Forum

5. School Board Coverage

Come back at noon to find out what local seniors think about the school budget in Hampton Bays.  Also keep in mind that as part of Westhampton-Hampton Bays’ comprehensive coverage of this year’s school budget vote, we are soliciting opinion from our readers.
