Adopt A Pet In Hampton Bays This Weekend
Southampton Animal Shelter bringing companion pets to Petco on Sunday.
The Southampton Animal Shelter is honoring National Pet Adoption Weekend on Sunday, Nov. 10 with a mass adoption event at the Petco in Hampton Bays.
From 11 a.m to 2 p.m. the Petco store on Montauk Highway will host the shelter's Adopt-A-Thon. Residents are welcome to visit the store and come face-to-face with the shelter's numerous companion pets in need of a home.
The Adopt-A-Thon is sponsored by Petco and the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation, a nonprofit whose stated mission is to provide for the welfare of animals and reduce the number of homeless pets.
