Updated: Golden Doodles Were Adopted

This week, the was looking to find a home for Chloe and Dove, two five-year-old golden retriever-poodle mixes, also known as goldendoodles. They were adopted on Sunday by generous Patch readers, according to Donald Bambrick, the animal shelter supervisor.

Bambrick, said Chloe and Dove came to the shelter when their family had to move to an apartment.

"Chloe and Dove are devoted to each other and we are looking to place them in a home together," said Bambrick. "If you have room in your home and in your heart for two dogs who will be as committed to you as they are to each other, please come to the shelter and visit them."

If Chloe and Dove are not the type of pets you are looking for, there are plenty of other animals that need love and care.
