Squiretown Restaurant & Bar, 26 West Montauk Highway

This American bistro is open every day of the week and will be open on Thanksgiving Day for lunch and dinner from noon until 8:00 p.m. They will offer a full turkey dinner with soup or salad, turkey gravy, all the trimmings and dessert for just $24.95. The Inn Spot on the Bay, 32 Lighthouse Road

The Inn Spot On the Bay, located just before the Ponquogue Bridge to Dune Road, will be open on Thanksgiving from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The small, century old inn has sweeping views of Shinnecock Bay from its open porch and back lawn.
