Red|Bar Brasserie Presents a New Prix Fixe

red|bar brasserie prix fixe menus by Chef Erik Nodeland are available through winter. Available all night Sunday to Thursday and Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., the prix fixe menu is $30 for two-courses and $35 for three-courses. Menu, subject to change, is as follows:

Mezzi rigatoni alla bolognese with beef, veal, pork, tomatoes, red wine, Parmigiano-Reggiano and cream

Crackling pork shank with whole grain pilaf with pumpkin, kale, fruits, almonds and honey-Dijon (+$3)

Veal oscar with sautéed escalopes of veal and mashed potatoes, asparagus, lump crab and Bearnaise sauce (+$4)
