Hampton Bays Eyesore Being Renovated

Editor's Note: Thank you to John Tocco for sharing this on Westhampton-HamptonBays Patch. If you have an announcement, feel free to post it by clicking here

This 1870 historic house, which has been an eye sore for any one driving by over the past few years, is being renovated by John Tocco, owner of Fourth Neck Realty in East Quogue. J

Tocco wishes to update and restore this
historic house in its original footprint, leaving the character it once had. It will include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open living room, kitchen, dinning area and den. The house will also have hardwood flooring, two new custom tile baths, a new kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counters, island, new heating, electric, plumbing and septic.

As an added bonus, there is also a small water view from the wonderful front covered porch which should be much better when the leaves fall.

This house is going to be either for sale or for rent. If you would like more information, call John at Fourth Neck Realty 631-653-3373.

P. Killian, Thanks for asking. We just reached out to State police. They are doing seatbelt checks.
