Zipcar Launches Locations in the Hamptons

Short-term Rental company says their cars are available daily and hourly.

Seeing a demand, the 12-year-old Zipcar car rental company that started in Massachusetts has taken a leap, launching in the Hamptons this summer.

According to Jessica Margolis-Pineo, the public relations director for Zipcar, Zipcars are now available in several locations across the Hamptons.

"Basically our members asked us to come to the Hamptons," said Margolis-Pineo, adding that a number of the company's New York City clients vacation on the East End.
