Report: Former Appliance Store Owner Pleads Not Guilty

Robert L. Stevens, 68, of Sarasota, Florida, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday morning.

Robert L, Stevens, the former owner of Bob Stevens Appliance Store in Westhampton, pleaded not guity before Judge Deborah Kooperstein to two felony charges on Wednesday morning in Southampton Justice Court, according to a report on 27east.

According to the article, Stevens, 68, who lives in Sarasota Florida, is accused of stealing money from the 401k plans of at least two of his former employees.

Stevens was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on June 13.
