PHOTOS: Royal Pains Filming in Westhampton Beach

As promised, the USA Network cable show "Royal Pains," about a physician who makes housecalls for the Hamptons elite as well as the everyman, has returned to the area to shoot scenes for its fourth season.  They were spotted filming on Main Street in Westhampton Beach on Monday morning.

Grant Wilfley Casting, of Manhattan, says that USA will be back in Southampton on May 10 and is in need of extras "with the affluent look and the wardrobe to portray the high-society Hamptons elite."

To apply as an extra email your name, phone number, location, union status, height and weight, age range, availability, role for which you are submitting (including any real-life experience you may have in that role) and a recent candid shot in your "best summer-fabulous Hamptonite look" to rps4@gwcnyc.com with the subject line "Hamptons Scout." If you have an ultra-high-end vehicle, include the color, year, make and model.
