Danny Pelosi’s Son Nabbed for Drugs in Hampton Bays

Danny Pelosi, who has the same name as his jailed father, was caught at the Beach Bar.

Daniel Pelosi, 25, whose father Daniel Pelosi was jailed in 2004 for killing millionaire Ted Ammon, was arrested by Southampton Police over the Fourth of July weekend and charged with possession of cocaine.

Pelosi, who hails from East Moriches, was nabbed at the in Hampton Bays along with Henry Kurtz, 27, of Center Moriches and Thomas Banducci, 23, of Manorville.

Police say they spotted the three using cocaine in the bar’s parking lot. Upon further investigation, police say they found that all three were in possession of the drug and were charged with possession in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor.

Pelosi is scheduled to appear in Southampton Justice Court on July 20.

Pelosi the father, an electrician who married Ammon's wife Generosa several months after Ammon was killed, was convicted by a jury of second-degree murder in 2004 and is serving a life-sentence at the Southport Correctional Facility in upstate New York and will be eligible for parole in 2031, according to Wikipedia.

Wikipedia further notes that Generosa, who started dating Pelosi after she hired him to work on her town home, passed away in 2003 prior to the start of Pelosi's trial.
